  1. Kathy! I love your Blog! You answered my Cooking Questions about the Time-Life Foods of the World cookbooks. You are a child after my own heart...I made stuffed peppers the other day too...I had made some Chutny for Indian Samosas (Cooking of India) which I had made, and there was quite a little bit left over (mine had some mint, tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chilies, cilantro and cucumber in it). Anyway, I put the remainder (drained) into the ground beef, one egg, Breadcrumbs and a little Slap Ya Momma, Cajun seasoning, from which I made: two hamburgers (to freeze), one small meatloaf (to freeze) and two stuffed, sml. local green peppers, which we ate that night. three meals in progress from 1.5 lb. Ground Beef and no waste! What a deal. Cooking for two can be problematic sometimes, unless you freeze, freeze freeze. Thanks for a great site. If i knew how, I'd make a Blog too.../j/
