Cheese Pizza


Yes, I make a lot of pizza. The family never tires of it, and it provides an excuse for me to whip up some pizza crust.
Today, I used one of the left over crusts from earlier, drizzled it with canola oil, sprinkled it with oregano, pepper, and then topped it with Italian cheese blend, you know, the shredded stuff in the plastic bag that hangs in the cheese section at the supermarket.
Baked at 450F. Directly on the rack. Just a few minutes.
