Penne Paprikash


Yes, I know this is not authentic... but it is simple and yummy. One could add sour cream at the end instead of the cheddar cheese.
Brown ground beef; I use Touchstone Angus. Add some paprika, chopped onion (or dried onion), a can of crushed tomatoes, a bit of water, penne pasta. Cook until pasta is done. Add shredded cheddar cheese, stir until melted.
Ta-da!
